Okie doke.............So all you remember the reference made to the lion.......everyone is trying to figure out..If "it's a lion" or "It's alive" Anyhow I am linking to something interesting found recently. This also works with J.J.'s love of Gamera. Now this also falls into the idea that matches up with peoples suspicions that the Donkey, Bird, and Octopus shown on the Slusho page are references to THE BEHEMOUTH, ZIZ, and the LEVIATHAN. J.J. Loves Giant Turtles

Well it is widely know that JJ likes Giant ,Japanese. Turtle Deity, who goes by the name of Gamera. But will he go this simple. The fun and speculation that everyone is having with this whole experience is better than any movie. But just maybe we will be surprised. The plot is going to encircle and be completely Blair Witchish........but with ACTION.....EXPLOSIONS.......MONSTERS...............SLUSHO........(hopefully we will see Alcoholic versions available for us) Whatever is goin to happen, it going to involve the drink...a parasite.....and strangely i think it was a Slusho drink from Rampage. And being that Rampage didn't have a plot.........cept busting up a city......this way of shooting would be pretty fantastic. But if the Slusho drink is brought out and has infected a LOT of people, then we also have a movie that could be THE HOST, or an American version of it. The fact that people are shooting this idea down already is dismissive and stupid. Also a Hybridization of ideas isn't something that I would put past Mr. Abrams. Please watch the trailer for The Host and see how similiar these trailers are.

Can't tell me this isn't THE HOST!!!!

In the Cloverfield trailer on the wall you will see a paddle marked AKM hanging next to a map. AKM in the real world is an honor society formed in 1937. Typically, honor societies do not use paddles as part of their induction and or promotion. However frats and sororities do. AKM or Alpha Kappa Mu is an honor society and not a frat or sorority. So therefore we are speculating that the paddle is a fake and is a significant clue.

Obviously, you can find anything on everything on the net. But based on clues on the slusho.jp site and clues throughout the trailer, we can only speculate, perhaps other's can build on the clue;

(A)LPHA - In its smallest form ALPHA means the beginning.

(K)APPA - A disgusting water deity fom Japanese lore. They have a turtle like shell, webbed feet and hands, a duck bill and their favorite meal is horse and children. The most notable feature of the kappa, is a liquid-filled cavity. The creatures derive incredible strength from these liquid-filled holes, and anyone confronted with one may exploit this weakness by simply getting the beast to spill the water (Slusho ingredient?) from its head. Once the liquid is depleted, the monster is seriously weakened and may even die. Other tales say that this water allows Kappa to move about on land, and once emptied, the creatures are immobilized. Kappa do not like explosions or fire and detest metal objects.

(M)U - MU is a mythical vanished continent fabled to be off the coast of Japan. MU has been used in many stories including those of H.P. Lovecraft and the Cthulhu Mythos.

Cloverfield .....THE HOST!!!!

So I The Cloverfield Project is going to be loosely based on THE HOST. A korean film that took top boxoffice draw in the country. The trailer from the original trailer has one thing that resembles the new trailer, and that would be the PEOPLE RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES. I will get back with more info as I find it out but after a little film rights research, I have found that this is ninety percent certain. Flip on over to youtube for the trailers that run strangely slow.......and look at some of the other videos listed on the page.....clues are all over the place....I think you boys have finally figured out some juicy viral marketing.

Holy Zeitgeist J.J.

So JJ........or can I call you J........or shall I call you..........Mr. Sneaky.......I'm starting to think that your now using the new Smashing Pumpkins album to give us some clues. With tracks referring to doomsday, and pictures of the Statue of Liberty on the cover.....(which was the most noticable and shocking of moments from the CloverField Trailer. This intertwining and crossing of ideas and franchises is something I have been preaching to my coworkers in my marketing days. The lyrics on the Pumpkins new album are pretty awesome when keeping in mindsync with the JJ Conspiracy............And as my mind delves deeper into this, ideas are sure to rot and fall off or sprout arms and fingers. I'M STILL ROOTING FOR GODZILLA TO SAVE THE DAY!!!!!!(even better yet would be a gun sized Megatron for Godzilla to Bust a PARAMOUNT cap.

SLUSHO !!!!

So the slusho site that many have already been looking into is definitely part of the movie. Slusho is a frozen drink with a special ingredient from the bottom of the sea. The history section of the Slusho website is showing a lil strange history of the slusho product that states, the secret ingredient comes from the depths of the sea. Now......since another part of the JJ mystery is involving a title that simply goes by the name PARASITE.....now ......frozen drink to make the ingrediant stable.........scientist.........deep sea............Do I really have to say Godzilla again.............come on Paramount........seriously.........you own Godzilla rights in the states......

Other new sites which I'm not throwing out there.......are talking end times...........hmm.......same stuff the Ethan Haas sites were stating and JJ was denying.........anyhow......he is a sneaky son of a gun

J.J. the liar????

Nope......I don't think so......Funny is that he hasn't started shooting for his 1-18-08 movie. J.J., I wouldn't put it past you to be using all of us mere online bloggsters into creating your movie for you. While I would like to throw in some spaceships, nukes, and possibly a Predator in the mix; I feel like I would be wasting my breathe. J.J. has said that the Ethan Haas Sites have nothing to do with his movie. I've heard the denial from summer ARG campaigns with his LOST series. I suggest that you take ahold of a group of Paramount franchises and make them in a conglomerated mess of action. Hey.....even if you want to throw a Transformer into it......I'm down.

As the weeks go on and more is found about what J.J. has in store for us, I will continue to use my cross eyed slant on what could be.

Hastur the Unspeakable

Now we get to where things get even more fun. All I'm going to do it give you a name. Hastur the Unspeakable.......the Half Brother of Cthulu/Kutulu. Also very much related to the Kutulu Mythos, this guy when googled into google pics......come up with someone who looks pretty familiar to me. HERE IS THE DAMN LINK............Say Hello to Hastur the Unspeakable.....or how we know him .......Godzilla.....

Kutulu Mythos

The fun part about CTHULU/KUTULU mythos is that its pretty deep. These are huge monsters who are gods.........and come from the stars. The stars are referred to several times at the Ethan Haas website when solving the puzzles. NOW........lets get to the text used in the puzzles.............When I found an alternate CTHULU spelling KUTULU, I came across this fatastic piece of art.......now....the picture isn't what I care about......the text is the key........its the same used in the website.......HMMMMMM..........

Now we can see that we have some sort of connection.
What is more interesting is what the was written by Ethan:

What is awsome is that Godzilla was always supposed to be the protector of the Earth. This entwining of the Mythos is amazing. What a better way to shoot this, than from the view of the people watching the fight for the planet itself.

Godzilla Memorabilia Clue

Skimming through some interesting Godzilla Memorabilia online, I have come across one hell of some interesting Posters. Godzilla VS Mothra was a very similiar teasing of Audiences, who new they were getting a Godzilla movie; yet didn't know who he was fighting. The site explains the similiarities of character, as well as the whole secret of what the film is really about.....therefor leaving the opportunity to make us look and search for clues.
